Pliant’s transparent exchange rates

When you use Pliant cards for purchases in a foreign currency or with merchants located outside your Home Territory, a Foreign Transaction Fee of 2.5% applies. Please note, this fee replaces the Foreign Exchange Fee defined in our Terms and Conditions before November 2025. This fee is charged separately on a monthly basis for full transparency. It is not added on top of the exchange rate for each transaction. All currency conversions on Pliant cards use the official VISA exchange rate, which you can view on this page. The rate applied is determined by VISA and may fluctuate between the time a transaction is made and the time it is confirmed and posted to your organization’s billing statement.
